At Be the Water Tai Chi you will experience exercise intended to be low-impact, yet challenging. Through proper breathing and movements you should feel more balanced both physically and emotionally, as well as a greater sense of self-esteem for having done something wonderful for yourself. Each class will consist of a gentle warm-up, Qigong breathing work, form instruction and guided meditation as time allows.

While Tai Chi and Qigong are thought generally to be safe for all ages and fitness levels, we encourage you to consult with your physician before engaging in Tai Chi or Qigong, as all exercise entails risk.
